Marinara Sauce

1 (28-ounce) can diced, plum, or San Marzano tomatoes,

undrained 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste

2 to 3 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 to 3 teaspoons granulated sugar

8 to 10 fresh basil leaves

1 teaspoon fine sea salt, or more to taste

Blend well in blender.  Bring to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes
