Maple Tahini

  • For the dressing:
  • 5 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water + more if needed to thin

Place all of the ingredients for the dressing into a food processor and blend until creamy. Set aside.
