Overnight Oats: Peaches and Cream


  • 1/2 cup (45g) porridge oats
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) milk – or other liquid such as soya milk, almond milk, coconut milk etc.
  • 80g tinned peaches, drained (or use 1 fresh peach, skin is optional)
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
